WHAT INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT
The KG Consulting Sites may collect both non-public personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable (or `aggregated’) information.

“Personally Identifiable Information” (or “PII”) is that information which can be used to identify you as an individual (or organization) or to contact you. A few examples of when and why we might collection Personal Information on the KG Consulting website include:

-Individuals applying for employment opportunities with KG Consulting may be asked to provide information to facilitate the hiring process.

At times, we may use information gathering in order to better serve your needs. On some pages of our websites, we may also use action tags, sometimes referred to as web beacons or 1 *1 pixel GIFs, to monitor and assess the effectiveness of promotions and marketing. For example these might be used to track how many users requested more information or signed up for the promotion, so that we can gauge their effectiveness and continue to offer useful promotions to our customers.

OTHER USES OF THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

At present, we do not sell the information we collect.

We use the PII you provide to us on the KG Consulting Sites to simplify your connection to services or functions you may be logging on to use. For example, we may use customer email addresses or mailing addresses to send newsletters, surveys and other forms of customer research, updates or other information relating to our various services or to respond to feedback or requests for information. Information you provide as application related to employment opportunities at MBS may be used to evaluate and process your candidacy for employment. Additionally, some information we collect via online applications for our services may be used to evaluate the availability of our services to your needs.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

In order to provide you with quality service, we may also share your PII or Aggregated Information with vendors who assist in maintaining and improving the KG Consulting Sites, or who assist us in providing related services. We may also share your PII or Aggregated Information with third party web consultants and vendors that provide services in support of the KG Consulting Sites.

In some circumstances, KG Consulting may be required by law to share your PII or Aggregated Information with third parties, law enforcement or other governmental entities. CHOICES REGARDING THE DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO OTHERS
The KG Consulting Sites provide various ways in which you may exercise choice as to how, and the extent to which, we may use your personal information. For example, some of our information requests will be optional (those that are required fields will be marked). We certainly respect your choice to not provide certain information.

When you register as a member on the KG Consulting Sites, we may provide you with the opportunity to specify whether you wish to receive certain types of information such as newsletters or promotional materials regarding billing services, changes in codes, etc. Certain electronic communications may also separately include the opportunity for you to opt out of similar communications in the future. Please note that we reserve the right to send members, providers and producers certain information as required by law, or important information that relates to their relationship with us. We take care not to send you material you have not requested, so please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

We have implemented and maintain physical, administrative and electronic security measures with regard to the KG Consulting Sites that we hope will prevent unauthorized use.
