I started Bootcamp & 1:1 with Katy in the height of the pandemic. It seemed like a good time to focus on the business side of being a lawyer. I was at a crossroads & maybe a breaking point when we connected. I was exhausted, bewildered. My bandwidth was stretched so tight I thought I was going to snap. I was petrified because I wasn’t sure I could afford to commit to the level of service I needed, but I knew I had to face my business transition head on. Now or never. What if this is a waste? What if I spend this money during a pandemic & there’s no return? Thank God I did it. Katy has helped me completely restructure my business in a way that I could have never done alone. She saw things in me & didn’t know existed. She extracted my good & helped me minimize the rest. She kept me focused by being pragmatic, sincere, and truly vested in my mission. She was never pushy, but always encouraging and compelling. Now, a year & a half later, I have successfully transitioned my business to what I WANT it to be. I control my business, my clientele, my image. My business doesn’t control me anymore. My decisions are deliberate. But I’m not done w/ her yet. We’ve got more good work to do. Katy, thank you.
